02Capital. If you had banking connections during its advent, you bought railroads or oil fields and controlled transportation - think J.P. Morgan and John D. Rockefeller.
03Code. If you had early access to computers, you could code, you built software that unlocked VC funding for hyper-growth. Think Gates and Jobs.
04Media. Today, if you have attention, you have leverage - because you can turn it into money or transfer it to anything you choose to work on.
