Project Build
From £15,000 · including the Discovery Sprint
A single workflow or one substantial integration. Roughly four to six weeks of build after discovery.
Fixed price, agreed before work starts, built to the specification you already hold.
Production Build
£30,000 to £70,000
For systems with several integrations, real user permissions, monitoring, testing and a proper handover. The kind of thing that becomes part of how a business runs, rather than a tool sitting alongside it.
Where a project lands in that range depends on how many external systems it touches and how much regulatory weight it carries. We tell you which end you are at during discovery, not after.
Care Plan
Uptime monitoring, security patching, dependency updates, and the regulatory changes that arrive whether you budgeted for them or not. Includes an allowance for small changes each month.
Priced by the size of the system it looks after. We quote it as part of the build, so it is never a surprise at the end.
Capacity Retainer
Five days a month reserved for you. Rolling three-month minimum.
For continuous work rather than a project with an end: a roadmap you want moved along steadily, or integrations arriving faster than one build can absorb.
What moves the number
We do not bill by the hour or by the day. You get a fixed price agreed in advance, so the cost of the work does not depend on how long it takes us.
That is deliberate. We build quickly, with heavy use of modern tooling. Under hourly billing, the faster we get, the less we earn for the same result, and you carry the risk of an estimate nobody is accountable to.
Batana Ventures Limited is not currently VAT registered, so the prices above are what you pay.
